Request a Transcript
The following information is an overview of the process that takes place at the end of the semester when a student applies to graduate.
When grades are posted for the semester, we complete a final audit of your file. We must do this for every student who graduated or applied to graduate, so this takes several weeks.
After audits are completed, final graduation information is completed for each student. This includes a notation on a students's transcript indicating completion date and type of degree or certificate received.
When final audits are completed and final notations are completed, diplomas must be printed for each student and for every degree or certificate completed. Diplomas, along with official transcript, will be mailed by the middle of July.
If you need to arrange for additional transcripts, visit MCC Transcripts. When choosing from processing options, select "After Degree is Awarded" to make sure that your transcript has the graduation information included.
