Youths entering 6th through 12th grade

Camp Director is Kevin Sweeney. The cost is $30. A signed waiver form is required for all camps. Campers should bring a sack lunch.

The cross-country camp is a two-day camp designed to teach the basics of distance running.  The camp is open to any middle school or high school age student.  Attendees will participate in two runs each day of camp, be shown the basics of weightlifting for distance runners, participate in pool workouts and open swim, learn about the importance of stretching and nutrition, and participate in several team building exercises.  A t-shirt will be provided to each attendee. For more information on this camp please contact Kevin Sweeney at kevin.sweeney@montcalm.edu or 616-863-0669.

The camp takes place from July 19-20 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
