Science Instructor and longtime Montcalm County Animal Control volunteer Heather Wesp will be sharing her experiences with the animals in the shelter and providing an update
on Animal Control’s mission and ways you can get involved with the furry and feathered creatures who need homes. This is also an opportunity to pet a friendly dog, and if you’re so inclined, donate to the shelter. Suggested donations you may bring to the library include money, pop cans, pet food (canned & dry), dog collars, bones, dog & cat toys, clumping kitty litter, Clorox bleach (jug & spray), Lysol spray, and canned pumpkin. Refreshments provided.
