Request a Transcript
The following information is an overview of the process that takes place at the end of the semester when a student applies to graduate.
transcriptsMontcalm Community College, in partnership with the National Student Clearinghouse, offers online transcript ordering. When choosing from processing options, select "After Degree is Awarded" to make sure that your transcript has the graduation information included.

Final auditWhen grades are posted for the semester, we complete a final audit of your file. We must do this for every student who graduated or applied to graduate, so this takes several weeks.
After audits are completed, final graduation information is completed for each student. This includes a notation on a students's transcript indicating completion date and type of degree or certificate received.
diplomaWhen final audits are completed and final notations are completed, diplomas must be printed for each student and for every degree or certificate completed. Diplomas, along with official transcript, will be mailed 6-8 weeks after the end of the semester.
