Montcalm Community college strives to enrich the greater Montcalm area by offering sustainable access to a variety of artistic and cultural opportunities. MCC’s cultural offerings include cultural celebrations, presentations, and events; musical performances; presentations on topics of global importance and more.
heritage villageEstablished in 1987, Montcalm Heritage Village has grown to include 28 buildings on Montcalm Community College’s Sidney campus, and it features hundreds of artifacts from local areas depicting life in Michigan in turn the turn of the 20th Century.
heritage festivalThe annual Heritage Festival, in Heritage Village, on Montcalm Community College’s Sidney campus, is an annual three-day celebration in August that features historic displays, events, refreshments and entertainment for all ages.
MCC supports One Book One County Montcalm. Hosted by the public libraries of Montcalm County, this program encourages area residents to read the same book at the same time and share it with their friends and family, while enjoying a variety of events held throughout the county.
