The MCC volleyball team traveled to Grand Rapids, MI to take on the Grand Rapids Community College Raiders, who are ranked no. 16 in the latest NJCAA DII poll. The Centurions battled, but eventually fell to #16 Grand Rapids CC 13-25, 19-25, 16-25. 

During the second set of the match, Sophomore Tiana Whitacre set up Maia Sexton for the kill to record her 1,000 career assist. Whitacre is currently the all-time career assist leader for the MCC volleyball program.
