SCECH/SB-CEUMontcalm Community College offers Michigan State Board Continuing Education Unit (SB-CEU) Courses. Each course allows you to earn 2.4 units. The courses are designed with different sections which allows you to choose the best time to work around your busy schedule.

Online CoursesMontcalm Community College offers online career and personal development courses through Education to go (Ed2go)and ProTrain. These companies have a variety of courses in areas of personal enrichment, workforce skills and “green” skills.

REGISTER ONLINERegistration and payment for MCC’s spring 2020 Career and Personal Development courses is available on online through Eventbrite.

REGISTER IN-PERSONRegistration is accepted from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mondays through Fridays in MCC’s Student Services Office in the Donald C. Burns Administration/Library Building on the college’s Sidney campus or at MCC’s Stanley and Blanche Ash Technology and Learning Center (formerly the M-TEC) on the college’s Greenville campus.

Please write the student’s name on your check, made payable to Montcalm Community College. You will receive a receipt to confirm registration. Registrations with insufficient payment will be returned.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations and Refund PolicyClass sizes are limited and enrollments are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. If a course is cancelled due to low enrollment, you will be contacted by phone. Students will receive a full refund for all courses and workshops cancelled by the college.

Refund Policy

  • A full refund will be given to students who officially drop a course by 5 p.m. one business day prior to the first class meeting. Failure to attend does not constitute an official drop and no refunds will be granted.
  • Students enrolling in Education To Go online courses will have one week after the start date to drop the course for a full refund.
  • Please note that MCC will enforce all other online and contracted company’s refund policies. Any special refund policies are clearly stated in the course descriptions.
  • All refunds will be mailed to the address on the enrollment card. Processing takes at least two weeks.
